Interested in bringing your Small Retreat to Beyul?

Small Retreats are for groups of 15+ people who are not doing a private buyout of the entire property, want to book in advance, want to arrange meals for their participants, and will book meeting time in the Barn Tent.

Small Retreats:
Groups of 15+ who are not buying out the whole property

  • Advance booking is available, though high season weekends are reserved for full buyouts - we have some exceptions

  • Take advantage of our farm to table meal packages for your group

  • You may gather in outdoor spaces on the property away from the Main Lodge at no additional cost (aspen grove, meadows, riverside, etc.)

  • The Main Lodge, patio, and lodge lawn are not available as meeting spaces without a full property buyout

  • Choose between our packaged rates or book cabins, barn tent time and meals separately

  • List your retreat on our website, and in our email campagins

  • Work with our team to book your dates by filling out the form above.

Groups of 14 or less:

  • Book your cabins online when they open to public reservations (for our high season June - October weekends, this is generally 90 days out)

  • We recommend booking Aspen Lodge or Mountain View as the meeting and gathering space for your group, as the Main Lodge cannot serve this purpose. Visit our lodging page for details.

  • Meals are generally not available through Beyul, with some exceptions listed on our calendar as Beyul Culinary dates. You are welcome to bring a chef to cook for your group if you book Mountain View or Aspen Lodge.

  • You can book time in the barn tent at an hourly cost by emailing hello@beyulretreat.com

**If you have less than 15 people but are open to paying for 15, you can book as a Small Retreat.

Pricing

Per person rates, including meals and 2 hours/day in the Barn Tent, starting at:

November 1 through May 31:
$189/night

June 1 through October 31 Weeknights:
$205/night

June 1 through October 31 Weekends:
Typically reserved for full buyouts, but some weekends may be available. Please inquire.

Pricing varies depending on size of group and choice of shared or private accommodations. The above rates may or may not apply for your group. Please fill out the form above to email with us to discuss details.

Choice of menus as well as additional optional upgrades & services may incur additional costs.

Important Info

  • 15+ person minimum for Beyul-provided meal service and for the listed per person rates

  • 2 night minimum

  • We make it easy for your participants to book on Beyul’s website.

  • Rates listed include 2 hours/day in the Barn Tent. Additional hours can be booked for $100/hour.

A Wild Setting That’s Easy To Get To

 Start your day 40 minutes closer to the trailhead. Stay at the Beyul for Frying Pan River Valley backcountry skiing and link to four of the 10th Mountain Division Huts: Margy's, Harry Gates, Peter Estin, and Betty Bear.

Private Large Cabins

Our large Mountain View and Aspen cabins have spacious first floors which can be arranged for small group gatherings, giving your small group a dedicated private gathering space.

Barn Tent

Our 1500 sq. ft. Barn Tent is available for private use by the hour. It has a stage, sound system, projector and screen. (Advanced A/V may additional costs.)

Al Fresco

There are several options for outdoor gathering setups in the flat meadows and forest groves at Beyul during the warmer seasons. Take your group session out into our thirty-two acres of rambling nature and 1,700 feet of riverfront, with sculptures and land art tucked away in hidden corners.

Into the Wild

With the White River National Forest as your next door neighbor, you’ve got virtually unlimited options for outdoor gatherings. Beyul is your personal basecamp for day hikes, overnight excursions, and any adventure in the Upper Frying Pan River Valley.
