Important Info

  • Catering of all meals during the retreat through Beyul's organic farm-to-table dining is generally required.

  • If you are a group of ~25 or less who wants to be here at the same time as other groups, see our small retreats info.

  • We make it easy for your participants to book on Beyul’s website.

  • We have 26 total private accommodations (rooms/studio cabins), spread across our cabins and Main Lodge. 12 of those 26 rooms have 2-4 beds in them and can also be used as shared accommodations.

  • In total, Beyul Retreat sleeps up to 51 singles, and up to 80 if couples are sharing queen/king beds. 6 pullout couches are included in these numbers.

  • "I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Beyul to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to host an event.

    We hosted our friends-and-family reunion at Beyul for the second year in a row and continue to be impressed by everything they offer. Our point of contact for event planning was organized, detail-oriented, responsive and accommodating; she helped us brainstorm ideas for activities and worked with us through a few minor planning obstacles that popped up along the way. Once we got there, the staff was friendly and professional, managing everything from guests' questions, to helping our musicians set up AV equipment, to turning the main tent into a cozy lounge when a thunderstorm rained us out of the firepit. I can't say enough good things about the food, which is fresh, nourishing, and delicious, and which all our group couldn't stop raving about. Lastly, the venue itself is gorgeous. Tucked in the valley along the Frying Pan river, Beyul was the perfect setting to let all our kids and dogs run wild and free. The adults enjoyed icy cold dips in the creek, followed by sweat sessions in the sauna. The cabins and lodge rooms were cozy, and I was particularly fond of the fact that they only provide wifi in the lodge, which forced everyone to actually spend time with each other rather than their phones. There's no question we will be back again next year (and hopefully for many years to come).”

  • Beyul Retreat can host groups for up to 80 people staying onsite.

    • 68 pillows in beds (all queen/king beds shared by a couple)

    • 26 private rooms/cabins

    • Sleeps 45 with no couples (one person per bed)

    • Plus 6 pullout couches sleeping up to 12 more people

  • There is still time to plan a gathering before the end of 2024. We are actively booking for 2025 & 2026 and still have a good selection of dates available throughout the year.

  • Groups choose Beyul because we can offer a relatively “all-inclusive” experience with little need to bring in any vendors. We include use of all spaces on the property; tables, chairs, tableware, linens, yoga mats, and other furniture; setup & takedown of all Beyul furniture; basic A/V; and more.

    All meals and beverages are catered through Beyul Retreat. We can also provide advanced A/V and custom activities like nature hikes and yoga class.

  • Shuttle or car service can easily be arranged from Aspen airport and this is the most convenient option.

    Many events let participants arrange their own rental cars, carpools, car service or other transportation from the 3 possible airports (Aspen, Denver, and Grand Junction).

    A group bus can also be organized from Denver airport.
