That was all thanks to the venue and the incredible team you have assembled. Beyul sleeps up to 80 people in the Main Lodge & Cabins.
We can host groups of up to 150 guests with additional rentals and shuttles. -
2026
There are about 50% of high-season May to October weekends remaining open, and they are going fast, so contact us ASAP if those are of interest. We have a fair amount of weekday (Sunday-Thursday) and winter (November to April) availability.
2027
We are already booking for 2027 and still have a good selection of dates available throughout the year.

Event hosts and planners choose Beyul because we can offer a relatively “all-inclusive” experience with little need to bring in any vendors. We include use of all spaces on the property; tables, chairs, tableware, linens, yoga mats, and other furniture; setup & takedown of all Beyul furniture; basic A/V; and more.
All meals and beverages are catered through Beyul Retreat. We can also provide advanced A/V and custom activities like nature hikes and yoga class.

Many events let participants arrange their own rental cars, carpools, car service or other transportation from the 3 possible airports (Aspen, Denver, and Grand Junction).
Shuttle or car service can easily be arranged from Aspen airport and this is the most convenient option.
A group bus can also be organized from Denver airport.
We can recommend vendors for group transportation from Aspen or Denver airports.
