Pricing

  • $15,000 wedding site fee includes:

    • Outdoor ceremony at any location of your choice. Indoor options available for inclement weather.

    • Outdoor reception on lawn and patio (upgrades to Aspen Grove available)

    • Indoor celebration space with sound + lights

    • Tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, including setup of chairs & tables

    • 4 hours AV support

    • 1 nightly bonfire/night

    • Full Beyul team to support you and your planner/day-of coordinator

  • Reception dinners starting at $90/pp featuring organic, local, farm-to-table menus **plus gratuity & tax. Not including optional appetizers, wedding cake/dessert, or per person bar/alcohol service.

  • Additional optional upgrades & services will incur additional costs

Requirements

  • 2 night minimum buyout of all Beyul accommodations (3 nights in August and September), in addition to wedding site fee.

    • Price varies depending on dates, please inquire for details

    • Sleeps 68 in beds (and 80 with additional use of 6 pullout couches)

    • We make it easy for your guests to book on Beyul’s website. Guest packages include their lodging as well as meals that are not hosted as part of wedding events.

  • Catering of all meals during the wedding weekend through Beyul's organic farm-to-table dining is required

  • Per Colorado liquor licensing laws, all alcohol served onsite must be catered through Beyul

Gather All Weekend

You and your guests will all stay together on site at the Beyul Retreat, with access to the private cabins, main lodge, sauna, hot tub, fire pits, river, ponds and hiking trails. Your celebration is guaranteed to be far more exciting than the standard wedding.

Tent pavilion with floor, stage, full A/V. Walls can be rolled up for open-air space in warm weather.
Serves as foul weather plan for all events.

FAQs

  • Beyul sleeps up to 80 people in the Main Lodge & Cabins.

  • 2024

    Winter weddings and elopements (minimum 15 people for our farm-to-table meal packages) are available this winter.

    2025

    There are just a handful of high-season May to October weekends remaining open, and they are going fast, so contact us ASAP if those are of interest. We have a fair amount of weekday (Sunday-Thursday) and winter (November to April) availability.

    2026

    We are already booking for 2026 and still have a good selection of dates available throughout the year.

  • Event hosts and planners choose Beyul because we can offer a relatively “all-inclusive” experience with little need to bring in any vendors. We include use of all spaces on the property; tables, chairs, tableware, linens, yoga mats, and other furniture; setup & takedown of all Beyul furniture; basic A/V; and more.

    All meals and beverages are catered through Beyul Retreat. We can also provide advanced A/V and custom activities like nature hikes and yoga class.

  • Many events let participants arrange their own rental cars, carpools, car service or other transportation from the 3 possible airports (Aspen, Denver, and Grand Junction).

    Shuttle or car service can easily be arranged from Aspen airport and this is the most convenient option.

    A group bus can also be organized from Denver airport.

    We can recommend vendors for group transportation from Aspen or Denver airports.
