Individual Stay Guests: Bring Groceries to Cook
Group Retreat Participants: Typically all-inclusive, gourmet meals
Individual Guests
If you have booked a cabin or lodge room individually, please bring groceries and plan to cook.
The nearest grocery stores are in Basalt & Willits, 40 minutes away.
Kitchen Facilities
Nine of our 13 cabins have their own kitchens or kitchenettes. For the other four snug cabins and the seven lodge rooms, we provide access to a communal kitchen in the Main Lodge, including a shared communal fridge.
All rooms and cabins have either a mini-fridge or a full-size fridge.
Please note that only Aspen Lodge, Mountain View, Longbranch & Valley View cabins have an oven. Other guests will have access to kitchenettes that include stove burners, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, and other kitchen essentials.
We also have a gas grill on the Main Lodge patio.

“
Meals are a highlight of group retreats at Beyul. Our chefs delight in creating menus that will surprise and satisfy your guests – and leave them energized for sustained engagement in your activities each day.
We believe in the power of food to bring people together and serve as a meaningful, memorable capstone to their experience here on the property.
Full Buyout Groups
For group retreats, conferences, team offsites, weddings, and other special programs that buyout the entire property, you and your guests will delight in our carefully crafted menus that consider all food allergies and preferences. We have a variety of options to upgrade available as well.
Smaller Groups
Smaller groups gathering at Beyul without buying out the whole property may be able to opt into our catering program depending on numbers and availability - typically there is a minimum group size of 15 people for catering.
Otherwise, our small groups make use of the kitchens in their larger cabins for cooking, which are fully equipped to create delicious meals for the whole group.
Impeccably Sourced
At Beyul, we integrate cutting-edge nutrition science with gourmet cuisine, featuring organic, local, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients. We work directly with farms and ranches in Western Colorado to procure produce, meat, and dairy, and have a partnership with a small family fishing company to source wild Alaskan salmon.
