Which Cabin at Beyul Retreat Is Right for You?
Find the cabin that fits the kind of getaway you're dreaming of.
One of the questions we hear most often is, "Which cabin should we book?"
The answer isn't about square footage or bed count. It's about the kind of memories you hope to make.
Whether you're planning a romantic weekend, gathering the whole family, reconnecting with old friends, or simply escaping into the mountains for a few days, every cabin offers a different way to experience Beyul.
Here's our guide to finding the one that's right for you.
For a Romantic Mountain Getaway
If you're celebrating an anniversary, honeymoon, engagement, or simply carving out time together, we'd recommend McGee Cabin, Red Mountain Cabin, or Valley View Cabin.
These cabins offer a cozy retreat for two, with Valley View featuring its own kitchenette for slow breakfasts before a day spent exploring the Frying Pan Valley together.
Spend your afternoons hiking, paddling the pond, or soaking in the hot tub before ending the day beneath a sky full of stars.
For a Solo Retreat
Sometimes the greatest luxury is a little space.
Our Snug Cabins offer everything you need for a peaceful mountain escape, while the Lodge Rooms provide comfortable accommodations with access to a shared kitchenette and the welcoming community of the Main Lodge.
Whether you're writing, reading, creating, or simply looking to disconnect from the pace of everyday life, this is a place to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
For Family Adventures
Some of the best family memories begin outside.
Pine Lodge, Hermitage, Larkspur, and Longbranch are wonderful options for families looking to spend their days hiking, fishing, canoeing, exploring the trails, and gathering around the fire in the evenings.
There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still coming back together at the end of the day.
For Large Friend Groups & Weekend Gatherings
Whether it's a milestone birthday, annual friends' trip, or simply a long-overdue weekend together, Longbranch, Mountain View, and Aspen Lodge offer the space to gather comfortably.
Cook breakfast together before heading out on an adventure, spend the afternoon exploring the valley, and return for shared meals, stories, and laughter that always seem to last a little longer in the mountains.
Planning a Family Reunion?
f you're bringing together multiple generations, Mountain View, Longbranch, and Aspen Lodge are our favorite recommendations.
Large gathering spaces, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and easy access to everything Beyul has to offer make these cabins ideal for celebrating milestones, reconnecting with loved ones, and creating new family traditions.
Looking for a Budget-Friendly Stay
Our Lodge Rooms are the perfect option for travelers who plan to spend most of their time outside exploring.
Guests enjoy comfortable accommodations, access to a shared kitchenette, and all the same trails, amenities, and mountain experiences that make Beyul special.
Bringing Your Dog?
We know adventures are often better with four-legged companions.
Most of our cabins are dog-friendly, making it easy to bring your pup along to enjoy the trails, river, and mountain air right beside you. (The only exception is the Lodge Rooms.)
If you're unsure which cabin is the best fit for you and your dog, we're always happy to help.
Still Not Sure?
Here's the good news.
No matter which cabin you choose, you'll wake up surrounded by 32 acres of mountain wilderness, with trails leading directly into White River National Forest, a sauna and hot tub waiting after a day of adventure, and a community that values gathering, connection, and time spent outdoors.
There isn't a wrong choice.
Only different ways to experience Beyul.
We can't wait to welcome you to the valley.
