Gathering together for a meal is one of our favorite past times at Beyul. As a server and bartender on our catering team, you are a key part of our food and beverage program. You will work with our f&b team to deliver meals and drinks throughout the summer season.

This is a seasonal, hourly position.

• Proven experience as a bartender and catering server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• 1+ years of experience in the service industry.

• Previous banquet serving and/or restaurant experience

As a Sous Chef, you are a key part of our food and beverage program.  As the Sous Chef, or Second Chef, you will be responsible for providing supportive leadership to kitchen staff throughout food service. Their duties include assisting the Head Chef in monitoring kitchen activities, expediting orders to ensure quality taste or presentation and taking on additional responsibilities in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure that kitchen staff have proper direction. A sous chef assumes the role of cost controlling and maintaining food cost, and supervises storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures. The sous chef assists in the management and training of new personnel.

• High school or GED equivalent required, formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts preferred

• Minimum 2-5 years cooking experience in a fine dining environment and experience in a culinary leadership role preferred

As a Beyul Prep Cook/Dishwasher you are a key part of our food and beverage team. You are responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. These duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.

Your other role will be prepping food for our team chefs.

Your duties may also include helping the property team set up and take down chairs and tables. We are looking for a qualified individual who prioritizes hard work, discipline, and consistency in all that they do.

This is a seasonal, hourly position.
