Full Property Buyout

Thirty-two acres of rambling nature, our eight-room main lodge, 15 cabins, 1,700 feet of riverfront, hot tub, sauna, a spacious commercial kitchen, and more. Beyul sleeps 70+ and with it all to yourself, you’re sure to host an gathering no one will ever forget.

Barn Tent & Main Lodge

Our 1500 sq ft Barn Tent with A/V is the perfect venue for dance parties, meals, yoga classes, and more. Our Main Lodge also has a charming living room with 2-story stone fireplace and a large dining room, providing additional gathering spaces.

Al Fresco

There are several options for outdoor setups in the flat meadows and forest groves at Beyul during the warmer seasons. Depending on the size of your group, this may be possible without full property buyout.

Into the Wild

With the White River National Forest as your next door neighbor, you’ve got virtually unlimited options for outdoor gatherings. Beyul is your personal basecamp for day hikes, overnight excursions, and any adventure in the Upper Frying Pan River Valley.

FAQs

  • Beyul Retreat can host groups of up to 80 people staying onsite.

  • 2024 has a few dates left for your end of the year celebration.

    We are actively booking for 2025 and and 2026 and still have a good selection of dates available throughout the year.

  • Hosts and planners choose Beyul because we can offer a relatively “all-inclusive” experience with little need to bring in any vendors. We include use of all spaces on the property; tables, chairs, tableware, linens, yoga mats, and other furniture; setup & takedown of all Beyul furniture; basic A/V; and more.

    All meals and beverages are catered through Beyul Retreat. We can also provide advanced A/V and custom activities like nature hikes and yoga class.

  • Shuttle or car service can easily be arranged from Aspen airport and this is the most convenient option.

    Many groups let participants arrange their own rental cars, carpools, car service or other transportation from the 3 possible airports (Aspen, Denver, and Grand Junction).

    A group bus can also be organized from Denver airport.
