Join us for our 2026 Community Day — a special gathering for friends of Beyul to spend meaningful time on the land, connect with our team, and experience retreat life in a hands-on way.
Preparing our new ceremony site, prepping the land for our event tent, and other onsite maintenance projects!
Volunteers should plan to arrive at Beyul between 8:30am-8:55am with work beginning promptly at 9am. You will have an hour break midday for lunch and a river dip! In exchange for an 8 hour work day, volunteers will receive:
A free night’s stay (shared accommodations) for the night of the 1st
Dinner on the night of the 1st
24/7 access to complimentary tea and coffee during your stay
24/7 access to Beyul amenities such as the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, onsite hiking trails, lawn games, outdoor grills, Frying Pan River access
Beyul-led excursions such as a guided cold-plunge experience!
This is an opportunity to give back to the land that supports all of our retreats. Participants will spend part of the day volunteering alongside the Beyul team on land projects such as trail work, gardening, grounds care, and small improvement projects around the property. In exchange for your time and energy, we’ll host you for an overnight stay and a shared dinner, along with time to relax and enjoy the property.
Guests will be invited to join optional experiences throughout the day, which may include yoga, river dips, and time to unwind in our onsen featuring a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.
This is an invitation for a fun, rewarding, and community-driven day — a chance to spend time outdoors, work hard, meet new people, reconnect with the Beyul team, and contribute to the space in a meaningful way.
