We offer complimentary community yoga most Saturdays, with a suggested donation of $20.
Private sessions are also available upon request.
Mats, blocks, strap and blankets are available for use.
ABBY STERN
As the co-founder of Beyul Retreat, Abby is dedicated to building community that is focused around environmental, social and interpersonal wellness.
Tuning into the mind, body and spirit, Abbys classes are an artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness.
Abby has 10 years of experience in retreat curation, event production, and teaching yoga. She is a 500 RYT trained yoga and meditation instructor who recently completed a 200 hour Yoga Psychology training with Ashley Turner. Abby is also a graduate of the University of Santa Monica's Soul-Centered Living course and utilizes the practices of spiritual psychology in her facilitation.
Ady Weatherly

Ady Weatherly is a yoga teacher, wellness coach, and graduate student in Mind-Body Medicine who brings a down-to-earth, encouraging vibe to every class she leads. Her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and practical nervous system support to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected—in your body and in your life.
Ady’s classes are approachable and inclusive, with a focus on tuning in rather than performing. Whether you're new to yoga or a lifelong mover, you can expect thoughtful sequences, supportive cues, and a healthy dose of humor along the way.
Outside the studio, Ady loves trying new things, cooking delicious meals, catching live music, and hiking all around the Frying Pan River Valley. A Texas transplant new to Colorado, she’s soaking up every chance to explore the mountains and be part of the magic at Beyul.
Danielle Lasky
Danielle Lasky is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and connection. A lifelong athlete and former collegiate basketball player, she began her yoga journey at 15 and received her teaching certification in 2019, followed by a mentorship in 2020 and NASM Personal Training Certification in 2021. Danielle’s teaching blends strength, balance, and intention—offering classes that are diverse, playful, and grounding. She encourages students to explore their edge, personalize their practice, and move in a way that feels true to their body.
Whether she’s baking bread, climbing mountains, practicing yoga, or simply savoring moments in the outdoors, Danielle’s lifestyle reflects a commitment to balance, exploration, and connection—qualities she brings to her work. Her goal is to create space for authenticity, growth, and inner strength—on and off the mat.
