Are you the team member we’re looking for?
We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager from January 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026, with the opportunity to extend if it’s a good fit.
This is a full-time, live–work position with housing included, though part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
Beyul Retreat, a backcountry adventure lodge meets wellness retreat, is now hiring for a hands-on Assistant Property Manager to help keep our cabins, property, and amenities in top shape through the winter season.
The position is 75% property maintenance and 25% cleaning support. Primary responsibilities include:
Snow maintenance (shoveling, plowing, sanding/walkway safety)
Upkeep of hot tub & sauna
General repairs in cabins and common spaces
Guest support (responding to needs as they arise)
Cleaning coverage when our housekeeping team has days off (no experience required — training provided)
Given our remote locale, situated an hour away from the nearest store, most maintenance tasks are conducted in-house. This role comes with on-call duties and plenty of independence. Because of our location, all employees must have their own vehicle, and 4WD or AWD is required for safe winter driving on Fryingpan Road.
This job is for you if you:
Are excited to live in the backcountry with wilderness right outside your cabin door
Enjoy snow-covered landscapes and the physicality of winter work
Like fixing things and being resourceful
Are open to supporting our housekeeping team when needed
This is not just a job — it’s a lifestyle. You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team, living in community, and helping create a smooth guest experience in one of Colorado’s most stunning mountain settings.
If you’re ready for a season of adventure, responsibility, and connection, we encourage you to apply for the Assistant Property Manager position at Beyul Retreat.
