Luisa Carnevali
Hola, Lu here! A passionate yoga teacher, mental health advocate, & integrative holistic healer. Yoga has provided a safe space & community that helped to peel back layers of pent- up energy & unresolved conflict. Beyond the mat, nature is also my sanctuary. Hiking always reminds me of the profound connection we have with the natural world. Now I dedicate my practice to merging both and offering my students similar transformative experiences.I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, but I can relate to struggling with connecting physically and mentally to the practice at first. I aim for my practice to be as adaptable to the unique journey of each student while maintaining the challenge to dive deeper. My mission is to empower others to use nature, yoga, & other mental health practices I teach to take control of their own well- being. Together we can begin this journey of self-discovery, healing, & empowerment.
Carla Stefanelli
I'm Carla Stefanelli & with over 5 years of experience teaching Vinyasa Yoga, I've come to see it as much more than just a physical practice—it's a philosophy, a journey of self-discovery, & a beautiful way of life. In my classes, I create a space where students can move their bodies from a place of connection and awareness. I believe strong foundations are crucial to build on your practice, so I take the time to explain the intricacies of the fundamentals, empowering students with the strength and confidence to progress safely in their practice. Each student is unique and I pride myself on paying close attention to their alignment, body, and individual styles. As a Yoga practitioner and breath-work lover, I'm here to guide you on your yoga journey with knowledge, passion, and a little bit of humor. Let's flow together!
