Sample Day Itinerary

  • Delicious, locally sourced breakfast.

  • Morning guided meditation and breathwork practice.

  • Group yoga practice followed by an optional hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna.

  • Gather for guided inquiry, journaling, and group discussion focused on identifying limiting personal beliefs, empowered goal-setting, and creating your unique Anchor Plan.

  • A delicious, healthy, and locally sourced lunch.

  • Activities and Self-guided relaxation time

  • Delicious, healthy, locally-sourced dinner.

  • Reconvene in the evening for grounding Yin Yoga practice and sound bath.

  • Relax around the fire pit with herbal tea or a glass of wine. (Note - Our final night together will include a special celebration and fireside ceremony).
