A conscious and playful women only ‘Expression Camp’ for heart centered female identifying women ready to learn how to get out of their own way, clear the fear of being seen, and start to embody and embrace the Leading Lady they know they are meant to become.
Join us for a nourishing weekend either solo where you’ll meet other soulful, awesome women or grab a group of girlfriends and come retreat and receive masterful coaching to help you move into your next level of your own authentic version of a Leading Lady!
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
3 day retreat with programming led by Jamie that will include group coaching, live demos, and hot seat coaching.
2 nights of accommodations in Beyul’s historic cabins + lodge
A deliciously organic meal plan- Friday Dinner, Brunch + Dinner Saturday, Breakfast Sunday (4 meals total)
An “Altar Ego Ball” Costume Dance Party
Cedar dry sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge and access to beautiful nature hikes right around the property
Yoga, meditation, and holotropic breathwork

Creative Expression
It’s time to let your inner child and inner Queen play, laugh, be silly and FEEL it all! Saturday night we’ll have a an altar ego ball where you’re invited to lean in, wear, and embody your altar ego or that part inside of you dying to come out and be expressed… let her come and to be seen and play!
Authenticity
We’ll go deep, exploring the parts of ourselves that truly want to be seen and learn how to break free from any of the limitations that hold you back from becoming your most authentic, radiant, and liberated self through learning some new emotional mastery tools that you can use to uplevel in all areas of your life.
Embodiment
Plenty of time for daily movement, breathwork and opportunity to deeply nourish your divine goddess temple of a body in the sauna, hot tub, river, or out on the beautiful hikes on the property of Beyul.
Connection
We’ll look at and heal ‘the sister wound’ and connect heart to heart with each other, reclaiming our power as women and remembering one sister’s win is also ours to share and celebrate! We’ll also explore what it feels like to be connected to nature, to our bodies, and to our own selves throughout other parts of the weekend together.
Expansion
We’re going to practice expansion in all areas of life- within ourselves, our most intimate relationships and with MONEY. The energetics of love + money are very interconnected and you’ll walk away with both an energetic + strategic game plan on how to keep expanding into these areas of your life, remembering what true prosperity looks like + feels like.

Friday, June 28th, Day 1- Set the Scene, Creating Your Leading Lady
3-4pm Check In / Arrive
Arrive on the property, settle in, turn the phone off and let your system say ‘yes’ to the weekend!
4-5:30pm Opening Ceremony

7:30-9pm The Mystic | The Visionary
An evening ritual of tapping into and trying on The Mystic Archetype and entering the shamanic realm to support us into diving into the mystery of the weekend.
Saturday June 29th, Day 2- Learn your Lines
9-10:30 The AbunDance
We shake, release, stretch, flow and move ourselves into the frequency of AbunDADCE through a dynamic, high energy somatic embodiment practice
11am-12am Brunch
12-2pm Sacred Theatre
Learn how to bring your shadow parts into the light in this powerful and playful way and learn how to make art out of your s**t!
2-3 The Art of Reciprocity
In small groups you’ll practice being The Leading Lady, her supporting role, and The Di-ector in this fun and powerful role play process to support yo3 in getting really good at giving and receiving reflection to and from one another
3:14-4:45pm Breathwork
Breathwork is a form of somatic work, and it’s the practice of consciously manipulating our breath over a period of time for a specific desired outcome. As you breathe in this conscious way, old stuck physical + emotional blocks are naturally freed up, and you have more creativity, energy, and inspiration.
4:45-6:30 Downtime

7:30-8:30 The Showgirl
Have a hidden talent or a poem, a song, a story, a dance piece, a piece of art you‘ve always wanted to express? This is your chanc to let the little girl inside you shine an8 give her the spotlight in this ‘adult’ show and tell talent show.
8:30-10:30pm The Altar Ego Ball
Sometimes wearing a mask helps to pull out other aspects of ourselves that have been hiding…You’re invited to dress + embody your altar ego, the part inside of you you’ve always wanted to express but never had or want to in an e en bigger way. GO FOR IT. If you’re thinking “this is too much,” then that’s exactly what to wear… BE TOO MUCH, HONEY! Sparkles, feathers, crowns… play full out!
Sunday, June 30th- Showtime!
9-11 am Playing Full Out Exercise + Vinyasa Flow
99.9% is hard…100% is easy. In this somatic exercise and yoga class I’ll teach you what it feels like to embody + apply what your authentic version of playing full out in your life can offer to you and the world around you.
11-12 Brunch
12-2pm The Director- Lights, Camera, ACTION!
You’ve met your Leading Lady, now it’s time to give her a stage, props, and an ensemble so she can shine and stay in her lane. We’ll use this final workshop of the retreat to start to put on our director hats and begin to strategize and create grounded, practical action steps for you to take the next 90 days so you stay accountable to showing up for your ‘rehearsals’ and for the show that is your life and how to go to your next level of love + leadership in fun, creative, and efficient ways!
2-3 Closing Ceremony + Manifestation Party!

Jamie Butemeyer
Jamie is a soul-centered, transformational leadership coach who specializes in helping individuals simultaneously uplevel in their relationships and in their businesses. Through 1:1 work and her signature program “The Leading Lady,” Jamie is a catalyst for individuals ready to claim greater fulfillment, abundance, ease, and clarity around what their greater vision and mission is in the world and how they can use their lives + businesses as vehicles for impact and raising consciousness on the planet. Coming from a performing arts background, Jamie blends spiritual psychology, the healing arts, and creative expression to help people activate their own unique Inner Artist to create the most important masterpiece they will ever embark on creating- their own life. Jamie is a Certified Mastery Coach and a Mentor Coach for The Institute of Coaching Mastery and head coach for Elected Leaders Collective she co created with her beloved partner.
